Founded by Travis Taylor, a Ketchikan local, this restaurant is the realization of a long-held vision: to create a place where guests can count on consistently excellent food, genuine service, and an atmosphere that feels as welcoming as it is memorable. Having grown up here, Ketchikan isn’t just where Travis lives, it’s part of who he is. The people, the energy, and the natural beauty of this place inspire everything we do.
For Travis, cooking has always been more than just a skill, it’s how he connects, creates, and shares what he loves. Timber & Tide was built to bring that passion to life alongside his wife, Britney, and their family. Together, they’ve created something that reflects not only their love for food, but their love for bringing people together.
